Refund policy
We're committed to ensuring you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, we offer returns and exchanges within a 30-day period from your order date. Please note that a 15% restock fee applies to the product price, and shipping charges are not refundable.
Before making a purchase, we encourage you to verify that the item suits your needs. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. We cannot process returns or exchange requests after 30 days, and returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Only merchandise that is new, unopened, and in a condition suitable for resale will be accepted for returns. We will not accept returns on any part that has been installed, altered, or machined. This policy applies even if the part was received in error due to a shipping or invoicing mistake. Please check your part number(s), review the instructions (if applicable), and verify your application before attempting installation.
In the event that the product is defective, it's the customer's responsibility to return the package to us, postage paid. Upon inspection, if the item is indeed defective, we will send you a new or repaired replacement at our expense.
Please note that the following items are non-returnable: Short blocks, engines, custom order parts, balanced rotating assembly kits, special order parts, any part not inventoried by San Diego Engine Parts, custom machine work, bulk hose, electrical products, installed/used products, oil & lubricants, EFI components, engine bearings.
For warranty issues, please contact us or the manufacturer directly. We will assist you in resolving your warranty claim according to the manufacturer's policies. Please note that most manufacturers only cover product replacement or repair. Any additional costs, such as shipping, installation, removal, or loss of use of vehicle, are not typically covered by manufacturers' warranties.
